We are able to train you in the privacy of your own home at a time that is most convenient for you. You don't have to waste any valuable time traveling back and forth to the gym.
Our experienced, certified Tampa personal trainers are available seven days a week from early morning to evening. Just let us know when you prefer to train and we will accommodate your busy schedule.

Process
A Driven LFT personal trainer will consult with you to identify your fitness goals. A health assessment will be administered in order to identify any health risks that may prevent you from physical training. If any health risks are present, you’ll be advised to consult a physician about these risks. A written approval must be given by a physician before you can start training. If you do not wish to consult a physician, approval can be waived by completing a waiver form.
Once it has been determined that you can undergo physical training, you’ll be administered a fitness assessment to measure your current physical condition. You’ll be required to do maximum repetitions for each exercise.
Your fitness assessment will consist of:
* Step test (3 minutes)
* Push-ups (1 minute)
* Sit-ups (1 minute)
* Stretch test (flexibility measurement)
Remember to wear exercise clothing for the fitness assessment.
Based on the stretch test, a stretching appointment will be made before your first day of training. Appointments are roughly 30 minutes. This is to ensure that you have the maximum flexibility needed for the exercises during training. Stretching improves range of motion, decreases injury, and reduces soreness.
After your assessment, you’ll receive a nutritional guideline that will assist you during your training. This guideline was designed to give you maximum results during training and ultimately lead to a healthier lifestyle.
Our Tampa personal training programs are offered as individual training or as small private group training. Whichever you select, you’ll undergo physical training that is catered to meet your personal fitness goals.
