Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, 1 on 1 30-minute Private Session

Message from Trainer: Private personal training programs have served well for the majority of our clients as a starting point in their fitness career, then often they will begin personal training in Semi-Private sessions after feeling comfortable and reaching their initial fitness goals. Beginner-level sessions are typically best for those who have been actively exercising less than 6 months.

Personal Training Intermediate

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, 1 on 1 45-minute Private Session

Message from Trainer: Private personal training also works well for the intermediate client that is ready to challenged. These sessions are definitely not for beginners, and will take hard work and determination. Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising more than 6 months.

Personal Training Advanced

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, 1 on 1 60-minute Private Session

Message from Trainer: Private personal training is commonly used by our advanced clientele who need help switching up their routine, finding a little extra motivation, or staying dialed in and focused.  Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising at least one year.
