Semi-Private Training for Beginners

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 30 min session

Message from Trainer: Semi-Private sessions are not recommended for beginners.  However, new clients may take a fitness evaluation to qualify for Semi-Private Training sessions.  Select the Fitness Evaluation option from the dropdown to get started.  After completion of evaluation, if there are no health risks or high-risk alerts from previous injuries clients can move into this option.

The First Step to getting started:

  1. Schedule your complimentary consultation.  Get any questions you have answered and have your goals assessed by a pro.  This initial appointment will include a free evaluation and free test drive session.
  2. At this free appointment our trainers will go over all programs currently available and provide a quote with payment options based on your goals and needs.
  3. In addition to the consultation we provide a 2nd complimentary appointment for a Demo Training session to make sure our studio and training programs are a match for you.

Semi-Private Training Intermediate

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 30 min – 50 min session

Message from Trainer: Our Intermediate Semi-Private Training sessions are perfect for individuals who are looking for a little extra team motivation, but still want to keep the training sessions personal. Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising more than 3 months.  The recharge session time length for our Intermediate sessions is based on the workout tempo and scheduled muscle group splits for the week.

  1. Schedule your complimentary consultation.  Get any questions you have answered and have your goals assessed by a pro.  This initial appointment will include a free evaluation and free test drive session.
  2. At this free appointment our trainers will go over all programs currently available and provide a quote with payment options based on your goals and needs.

Semi-Private Training Advanced

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 50 min session

Message from Trainer: Perfect for clients who are trying to take their fitness to the next level with a small group.  Great for couples, friends, smaller companies, and private groups.  Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising at least one year.  The recharge session time length for our Intermediate sessions is based on the workout tempo and scheduled muscle group splits for the week.
