Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 30-minute Session

Message from Trainer: Semi-Private sessions are not recommended for beginners.  However, new clients may take a fitness evaluation to qualify for Semi-Private Training sessions.  Select the Fitness Evaluation option from the dropdown to get started.  After completion of evaluation, if there are no health risks or high-risk alerts from previous injuries clients can move into this option.

Semi-Private Training Intermediate

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 45-minute Session

Message from Trainer: Our Intermediate Semi-Private Training sessions are perfect for individuals who are looking for a little extra team motivation, but still want to keep the training sessions personal. Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising more than 6 months.  The recharge session time length for our Intermediate sessions is based on the workout tempo and scheduled muscle group splits for the week.

Semi-Private Training Advanced

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Semi-Private 60-minute Session

Message from Trainer: Perfect for clients who are trying to take their fitness to the next level with a small group.  Great for couples, friends, smaller companies, and private groups.  Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising at least one year.  The recharge session time length for our Intermediate sessions is based on the workout tempo and scheduled muscle group splits for the week.
