Private Training

Custom programs with individualized attention for those who have special needs or may be uncomfortable working out in a group. This includes readiness programs for athletes, firefighters, law enforcement, and military.


Semi-Private Training

Great for families, couples, friends, or anyone interested in doing partner training. Typically groups of less than five.


Recovery Zone Pierhouse

We offer Pierhouse residents the convenience and a variety of massage therapy at one price and include hot stones, bamboo, and aroma therapy at no additional cost and most importantly close to their Channelside home.

Chiropractic Wellness

Dr. Sarah Sponaugle D.C. owner of Sponaugle Wellness Studios has partnered with Driven to provide Wellness Consultations, Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy, Acupuncture, Cupping, Active Release Technique, McKenzie Therapy, Physical Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Dr. Sponaugle D.C. is now available for maintenance/proactive wellness and acute injuries.


Evaluations

Our fitness evaluations include a comprehensive series of preliminary tests to help clients gauge where they should start their fitness journey. Driven Personal Trainers uses the Ace IFT (Integrated Fitness Training) Model for developing programs which require evaluations. Restorative Exercise

Our team of Licensed massage therapists and Ace Certified Personal Trainers work hand in hand with designing restorative exercise programs that take into account the individual’s functional abilities, recovery status (stage of healing), prior activity level, comorbidities (simultaneous presence of two chronic conditions), and goal.


Specialty Massage

Clients are able to request Prenatal Massage, Scarology, Neuromuscular, massages for Migraines or Temporomandibular Joint Massage (TMJ). If you are curious as to whether one of these specialty massages would be a match for you contact us today and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction. Our massage sessions are available for 30,60,90 minute increments.


Corporate Wellness

Online Training gives every client a TRAINING PLAN ON THE GO as phones are taken everywhere. Now you can take your trainer with you. The Driven online training program allows clients to follow their training plans and log into their workouts from anywhere desktop, mobile, Ipad and other devices.
