Driven + Sponaugle Wellness in Tampa, FL is more than a place to work out.  We focus on your body’s overall wellness with programs that are available from beginner to pro that put an emphasis on total body restoration while building a muscular balance and increasing mobility and function.  Here we’ll take a closer look at what our fitness studio has to offer…

The Amenities  

Members of Driven Fit + Sponaugle Wellness Studio get monthly or yearly wellness plans customized to fit your needs (includes personal training, massage therapy, and chiropractic care). You also enjoy the following awesome amenities:

  • On-site infrared body scanner for progress tracking.  Included in all programs.
  • On-site doctor for wellness needs
  • Infrared sauna
  • Recovery Zone for massage therapy and chiropractic care
  • Espresso and tea bar available for pre-workout and relaxing options
  • Private showers with personal hygiene products, fragrances, and laundered robes

Plus, at Driven we do things differently and celebrate your achievements and personal bests on our training platform that includes app access. our fitness app has customized training plans so you have additional workouts, ability to message a trainer 24/7, and access to your training plan on the go.

The Elite Trainers

At our South Tampa fitness studio, we go beyond the traditional personal training experience and offer a “big picture” approach to fitness.  Our elite trainers have a combined 20 years of experience and put an emphasis on long-term goals using a holistic approach to fitness that connects stability, mobility, and rejuvenation into our practices.  Simply put, we believe in reaching a higher level of fitness and health.

The Equipment & Events

We’re known for our specialized fitness equipment fits the needs of all athletes, from beginner to advanced. Included in your membership are tools that focus on stability, mobility, and rejuvenation for a holistic approach to your wellness.  

In addition to personal trainers, the Driven Fitness class roster currently includes a Full Body Blast + Cardio Intervals and Yoga (Restore + Recover and Tranquility + Ease).  Click here to view the class schedule and event calendar.   

The Privacy

We are a “members only” facility and not an open gym. Our training floor is not a standard open gym format either. Our personal training clients enjoy total and complete privacy in a focused environment.

At Driven Fitness, our exclusive Program D wellness memberships are limited to 100 members at one time.  These elite members get up to 20 private training sessions monthly and unlimited access to the studio and 3D infrared body scan visualization technology.  Also, sessions are convertible with recovery massages
