The purpose of the Kickstart is for trainers to identify all customizations that a client may need in future weeks of training.
As you complete these 10 sessions we will taking data from these sessions to advance you to the next phase. Clients can expect the following styles of workouts throughout this program:
Strength building (slower paced workout with intensity increased by different variables)
Circuit & Interval (Faster paced workouts limited rest)
Stability & Movement (incorporates functional exercises and overall body integrity)
Performance based (stamina is tested, higher exertion per set, and long rest period given after designated circuit)
Clients will work with entire trainer team to include Dr Sarah Sponaugle our on-site chiropractor. Our rotation of the coaches ensures each client is receiving a variety of trainer style, and unique routine delivery to accelerate results.
