Hybrid Personal Training Beginner

Recommended Sessions: Fitness Evaluation, Stability + Mobility

This setting is available to clients on personal training programs during peak times to allow flexibility with schedules.

Clients can come into a private setting and still receive their own custom workout while working along side other clients needing similar peak time slots.  Max set limit 5 clients per hour.  Each client will have their own private workout space.

Message from Trainer: These sessions are also known as semi-private sessions.  All our program sessions allow to interchange to this setting with no extra fees for coming during peak requested times

After completion of evaluation, all prospective clients will also receive a trial demo training session to get a feel for the style of training to allow more time for consideration of our personal training programs .

The First Step to getting started:

  1. Schedule your complimentary consultation.  Get any questions you have answered and have your goals assessed by a pro.  This initial appointment will include a free evaluation and free test drive session.
  2. At this free appointment our trainers will go over all programs currently available and provide a quote with payment options based on your goals and needs.
  3. In addition to the consultation we provide a 2nd complimentary appointment for a Demo Training session to make sure our studio and training programs are a match for you.

Message from Trainer: Our Intermediate Hybrid Personal Training sessions are perfect for individuals who are looking for a little extra team motivation, but still want to keep the training sessions personal. These sessions are also known as semi-private sessions.  All our program sessions allow to interchange to this setting with no extra fees for coming during peak requested times.

Stability + Mobility + Loading is recommended for clients who have been actively exercising more than 3 months.

This setting is available to clients on personal training programs during peak times to allow flexibility with schedules.

Clients can come into a private setting and still receive their own custom workout while working along side other clients needing similar peak time slots.  Max set limit 5 clients per hour.  Each client will have their own private workout space.

Message from Trainer: Perfect for clients who are trying to take their fitness to the next level. These sessions are also known as semi-private sessions.  All our program sessions allow to interchange to this setting with no extra fees for coming during peak requested times.

Stability + Mobility + Loading + Performance is recommended for clients who have been actively exercising at least 6 months.
