Message from Trainer: Personal training programs have served well for the majority of our clients as a starting point in their fitness journey, then often they will begin personal training in Semi-Private sessions after feeling comfortable and reaching their initial fitness goals.

Beginner-level sessions are typically best for those who have been exercising less than 3 months.

The First Step to getting started:

  1. Schedule your complimentary consultation.  Get any questions you have answered and have your goals assessed by a pro.  This initial appointment will include a free evaluation and free test drive session.
  2. At this free appointment our trainers will go over all programs currently available and provide a quote with payment options based on your goals and needs.
  3. In addition to the consultation we provide a 2nd complimentary appointment for a Demo Training session to make sure our studio and training programs are a match for you.

Personal Training Intermediate

Message from Trainer: Personal training also works well for the intermediate client that is ready to challenged. These sessions are for clients ready to devote that extra time, hard work, and determination towards reaching their goal.

Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising more than 3 months.

Message from Trainer: Personal training is commonly used by our advanced clientele who need help switching up their routine, finding a little extra motivation, or staying dialed in and focused.

Recommended for clients who have been actively exercising at least 6 months or more.
