Easy Access:  Whether you’re across the country, on a different continent, or just a few miles away, you can easily access customizable private virtual training sessions or join a class with other virtual clients. Even better, you will have access to the Driven Fit app! This gets you 24/7 direct messaging with your trainer and additional workout video content that you can do anytime and anywhere.

Real-Time Interaction: Just because we’re not in the same room, it doesn’t mean your workout will suffer! All virtual training sessions will have the same intensity as if we were working side by side in the studio. We’ll be there to offer real-time analysis on your form and technique to not only prevent injury but also maximize your workout.

Accountability: Worried you won’t see the same results from virtual training? Wrong! Throughout your customizable one-on-one virtual training experience, your progress (or lack of progress) will be tracked by your personal trainer. Whether it’s your diet or exercise routine that is getting off track, we’ll make the necessary adjustments so that you meet your fitness goals.
