How do you motivate clients?
It’s important to gauge a clients energy so that the session can gradually get to the point of maximum energy together. It’s not always easy getting to this place but once you do the training session becomes fun and by the end hopefully we have shown them they can achieve whatever they put their mind to.
Which adventure group do you lead and what is it?
