ENDO Fitness Challenge

Are you ready to step up your game?  It’s time to get motivated, get inspired by others, and conquer the obstacle that is the Driven Fit ENDO Fitness Challenge which takes place on November 20 and 21, 2020. This is a great opportunity to push yourself because let’s face it, you can always do more.

This challenge includes a 12-week training which started on August 31. Don’t worry because we firmly believe that you’re better late than never! Our trainers offer tips to help you prepare for any fitness challenge. We believe in you! 


Tip 1: Choose a Challenge That Works for You. 

The first step is to choose an event that works for you. The point of a challenge is to step out of your comfort zone, but you shouldn’t get in over your head either. At Driven Fit, our clients have a wide range of performance levels. With this in mind, the ENDO Fitness Challenge includes three options:  

  • 4-Mile Run or Walk
  • 20-Mile Bike Ride  
  • Modified Duathlon *4-mile run/walk and the 20-mile bike ride. Go for it!  


Tip 2: Plan Accordingly. 

To conquer this challenge, we can’t stress enough the importance of planning! You have 12 weeks (just three months of your life!) to prepare. You know the training schedule, so just go ahead and put those dates in your calendar. By doing so, you’re less likely to miss a work-out.  

The training programs are based on the selected challenges and will include personalized instruction from Driven Fit trainers. In addition to your regular training sessions, you will also enjoy other perks throughout the challenge, some of which include additional bike and run training, outdoor self-distanced meet-ups on the live calendar where challengers can join a trainer on their weekly cardio session.   

All training plans will include recovery days. You’ll thank us later. This rest time helps reduce sports injuries and keeps your muscles in top shape.  


Tip 3: Set Goals.  

Maybe your goal is to set a personal best? 

Or perhaps it is to improve your endurance and complete a duathlon?

Whatever your goal is, it should be challenging but also reasonable and attainable. Align your goals with the purpose of the challenge and what you want to see yourself accomplish. 

You will work with your Driven Fit trainer to set goals and how you can work to achieve them. 

Tip 4: Remember No Mission is Impossible. 

You are stronger than you will ever understand, which is why you need to challenge yourself! Come join us on our training prep and on November 20th and 21st to show us what you’ve got! 

  • Three events to choose from – 4-Mile Walk/Run, 20- Mile Bike Ride, Duathlon (including a run and ride)
  • Two race days to choose from – November 20th or 21st 
  • $25 registration fee
  • 7 am race start time
  • 12-week training prep
