Sports Massage

Sports massage is a specific form of massage for athletes that involves Swedish massage techniques combined with stretching, trigger point therapy, and more. This type of massage can help with:

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage is like a Swedish massage but involves deeper pressure to release muscular tension. During your deep tissue massage, your therapist applies pressure to several layers of muscle, tendons, and tissues deep within your skin.

Deep tissue massage is known to relieve the following:

  • Chronic pain
  • Muscle pain caused by exercise or bodybuilding
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

 

Hot Stone Massage

During a hot stone massage, warm stones are placed on key points of your body or the therapist will hold the stones as an extension of their hands. The result is a warming effect that promotes relaxation and eases muscle tension while your body is being massaged.

Trigger Point Massage

Stretch Massage
