Why Does Stretching Matter So Much?

Stretching can work out that stiffness and help your body become more flexible and mobile. If you find that you are sitting for hours on end every day, incorporate stretching into your daily exercise routine.

Tip: Schedule the stretch! If a project or meeting is set to take 45 minutes, use the next 15 to get your body moving and stretch.
